It depends. 😉 Right now I'm not charging full rates, I'm charging really close to cost, but it will depend on how much time the project will take. Before I get started, I'll work on plans, take any measurements, and give a time and cost estimate for the project. If there's a budget you need to work with, tell me, I will work with you.

Ask me! The more creative the more fun for me. I'm more than willing to check it out and let you honestly know if I feel like it's in my wheelhouse. If not, I can help you find the right person! (I'm not an electrician, plumber, contractor, etc. so I may also bring in 3rd Party professionals to get a job done, but we'd talk about that first!)
